Black Pickup

Pickup Covers? Guitar????????????????/?

I have a MH-50 and it has decent pickups but I want to put on covers to make it more badass, and I wanted to put a black humbucket pickup cover with no holes on it and pit it over both of them. Now my question is if I do put those on will the pickups still pick up the sound. I dont know if it will effect it.

they’ll still pick up the sound, just wax pot the pickups/covers so you don’t get hum.
